Any person who accesses, downloads, or uses the HelpHand platform in any capacity, whether as a Customer, an Xpert, or in any other role.
A User registered on HelpHand who offers and delivers professional services to Customers. Xperts operate independently and do not have any employment, agency, or representative relationship with HelpHand.
A User who accesses the HelpHand platform to search for, request, and pay for services provided by Xperts. The terms "Customer" and "Consumer" are used interchangeably throughout this document.
