Any individual who accesses, downloads, or uses the HelpHand platform in any capacity, whether as a Customer, an Xpert, or in any other role.

A User who has registered on HelpHand to offer, advertise, and deliver professional services to Customers. Xperts are independent contractors who operate their own businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of HelpHand.

A User who accesses the HelpHand platform to search for, request, and pay for services provided by Xperts. The terms "Customer" and "Client" are used interchangeably throughout this document.
