Terms of Use

Customers may invite individuals to join HelpHand as Xperts. For each invited person who completes their registration as a verified Xpert and receives full payment settlement for their first completed transaction on the platform, the referring Customer accumulates one complimentary month of HelpHand+, credited to their account. Rewards are stackable up to a maximum of sixty (60) months, equivalent to five (5) years. Once this cap is reached, no further rewards will be issued regardless of additional eligible referrals. Where multiple Customers have referred the same individual, the reward is granted to the first eligible referring Customer, as determined by HelpHand at its sole discretion.

The reward activates only upon completion and full settlement of the invited Xpert's first paid transaction. Registration alone does not qualify. Referral rewards are non-transferable and carry no cash value; they may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for currency under any circumstances. HelpHand reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel any reward at its sole discretion if it determines that the referral involved fraud, self-referral, duplicate or fictitious accounts, or any other misuse of the program. The complimentary HelpHand+ month is subject to the HelpHand+ subscription terms in effect at the time of crediting, which may be updated independently of these Terms.

HelpHand may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the referral program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. No pending, anticipated, or in-progress referral constitutes a vested right, accrued benefit, or contractual obligation on the part of HelpHand. HelpHand assumes no liability arising from any modification or termination of the program. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
